Neil Redfearn's chances of landing the Leeds United manager's job are firming.
The Mirror says owner Massimo Cellino is impressed with the job Redfearn is doing as caretaker boss and he has won his one match in charge against Bolton.
Redfearn, who is preparing the team for Saturday's trip to Birmingham, knows Leeds well and has been working at the club's academy for the past five-and-a-half years.
Redfearn is coming into Cellino's thoughts, although he is still an outsider, because first choice Oscar Garcia joined Watford, while Steve Clarke's response has not been encouraging.
