Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Ezequiel Carboni is a target for Villarreal.
The Argentine's agent, Jorge Czysterpiler, revealed this week that offers from Villarreal and Benfica had arrived for the 29 year-old.
Carboni is off contract at the end of the season.
