Red Bull Salzburg are in talks for Liverpool defender Andre Wisdom.

ESPN says Salzburg is close to linking up with Wisdom for the rest of the season on-loan.

The defender had hoped to join Brendan Rodgers' Celtic this week, but the Hoops were unhappy with Liverpool's demands.

Salzburg are now expected to close a deal for Wisdom today.

Wisdom has previously been on loan to Derby County, West Bromwich and Norwich City.
