Red Bull Salzburg coach Marco Rose has spoken of the influence Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has had on his career.
Klopp coached Rose, 41, in the infancy of his managerial career during his time at Mainz before moving on to Borussia Dortmund.
"I had the luck to work with a lot of good coaches," Rose told the Mirror. "I trained and worked with Jurgen Klopp and Thomas Tuchel.
"Both are outstanding coaches in their own way. In general you learn from each coach something new but in the end it is important to figure out who you are as a coach and to stay authentic.
"I know Klopp as coach and person. Everything he is doing is always with more than 100 per cent. Moreover he has this skill to transfer his enthusiasm to the team.
"And he understands to surround himself with people who support him. We are in touch regularly and talking as friends."
