FIFA have ruled in Boca Juniors' favour in their transfer dispute with Recreativo Huelva over young midfielder Sebastian Nayar.
Nayar has been prevented from playing for Recre since signing with the Spanish Liga club last season after Boca took their complaints to FIFA.
FIFA have ruled that a Boca contract allegedly signed by Nayar is legal, despite claims from the player's representatives that no such document exists.
Recre have asked FIFA to bring in an expert to study the alleged contract and whether it is Nayar's signature on it.
