Chelsea are lining up a deal for 13 year-old French prospect Nicolas Tie.
L'Equipe says Chelsea have identified the Poitiers FC goalkeeper and intend to bring him to London when he turns 16 in 2017.
Negotiations have already kicked off over a pre-agreement with Tie's family and Poitiers FC to secure first refusal.
The deal will include Chelsea scout and former goalkeeper Hilario making quarterly visits to France to work with the youngster.
Tie, who has an Ivory Coast background, is tipped for big things as a goalkeeper inside French football.
