Real Zaragoza have agreed to cough up for their former midfielder Matuzalem.
The Brazilian is now with Lazio, but was initially signed by Zaragoza from Shakhtar Donetsk.
AS says Zaragoza president Agipato Iglesias, after exploring all legal avenues, has agreed to pay the €13 million due to Shakhtar inside the next five years.
If they had continued to ignore Shakhtar's demands, Zaragoza were facing major sanctions from UEFA.
