Former Arsenal striker Carlos Vela wants to stay with Real Sociedad.

The Mexico international has been linked with a return to Arsenal next season. The Gunners have a buy-back option and local sources say they could trigger it in the summer.

But Vela said: "I think now my decision to continue with Real has more arguments to say it was good. At no time have I regretted my choice. I came because I trusted this team and because I thought we could be successful."
