Real Sociedad midfielder Esteban Granero has welcomed the appointment of David Moyes as new coach.
The former Manchester United and Everton manager has already taken his first training sessions.
Ex-QPR midfielder Granero said: "We were looking forward to the arrival of the new coach, we have confidence in his ability, his experience and his standards, and we are confident that he is going to give us a leap in quality. It represents a new cycle for la Real and we hope that it will be successful.
"He is a very experienced coach, and I remember that playing against Everton was very difficult and that they had very clear ideas. That speaks well of the coach. We hope that his time in La Liga will be as long and as successful as his spell in England."
