Real Sociedad goalkeeper Geronimo Rulli concedes Manchester City is on his mind.

The Argentine has joined La Real on-loan to December from City, before his registration is transferred to the Spanish Liga club until 2022. City will then have first refusal on Rulli when his deal expires.

"I would lie if I said that not every player wants to be with the best clubs in the world. Today I want to be with Real, represent these colors and then what happens later, we will see," said Rulli.

"It's been a difficult summer."

La Real president Jokin Aperribay added: "If Manchester is interested and Rulli wants to go, he will go."
