Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde has added a new name to their shopping list.

Valverde's presentation is due to be held in the next 24 hours and he's already discussed transfer plans with sports director Robert Fernandez.

The new Barca boss is a big fan of Martinez and believes his ball-playing ability would suit his system.

The 26 year-old is tied to La Real until 2021 and has a buyout clause of €32 million.
