Real Sociedad boss Moyes: Spanish TV deal needs to be fair and equitable

New Real Sociedad coach David Moyes has quickly weighed into Spanish football's lopsided TV deal.

Moyes admits the Primera Division will always lag behind the Premier League in terms of excitement while Barcelona and Real Madrid dominate the Liga's TV revenue deal.

"Perhaps the distribution of television money generated is not adequate in Spain," Moyes told Canal Plus.

"At least in England it is divided equally.

"If you want to have an exciting league, I think the deal has to be fair and equitable."
