Real Sociedad coach David Moyes remains hopeful of signing Burnley striker Danny Ings.

Off contract in June, Ings met with Moyes in San Sebastian earlier this year, but is also wanted by Liverpool and Manchester United.

Asked about Ings, Moyes said: "I'm hopeful (of signing Ings).

"I would like to recruit new players to make the team more competitive and take us closer to the top of the table."

Ings has made it clear he wants to move to a club where he will be playing regularly next season.
