David Moyes has been linked with a winter move for Everton's Steven Pienaar.
The South African midfielder worked well with Moyes during his two spells at Goodison Park and it is believed that the Scottish tactician is looking to bring him to Real Sociedad before the end of the current transfer window.
The Daily Mail suggests that Moyes can guarantee Pienaar regular minutes after recovering from a knee injury after making just 10 appearances under Roberto Martinez so far this season.
The report indicates that Moyes will make his interest known this month before attempting to land 32-year old Pienaar on loan for the remainder of the season.
