Real Salt Lake on overseas scouting mission

Real Salt Lake head coach Jason Kreis and part of his coaching staff have traveled abroad in order to strengthen their squad ahead of the 2012 MLS season.

The RSL technical staff will head to South America, Asia and Europe in search of players they may be able to take in the 2012 MLS SuperDraft or bring to Utah in the off-season.

Following the retirement of Andy Williams and the trade of Robbie Russell to DC United, RSL are looking to fill two key positions as well as adding some value for money as they look to improve on 2011's overall finish of third.
