Real Madrid midfielder Rafael van der Vaart has revealed he's rejected an approach from Ajax.

"Martin Jol has already contacted me, but I do not intend to return to my former team," said Van der Vaart, who worked with Jol at Hamburg.

"My dream is to play in a major championships namely England, Spain, Italy or Germany. Other proposals from abroad do not interest me."
