Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo threw a wobbler upon being substituted in yesterday's 3-0 win over Tenerife. Ronaldo was replaced on 79 minutes and blanked coach Manuel Pellegrini as he made his way to the home dugout. Pellegrini went to greet the Portuguese, but was ignored.
A similar demonstration occurred against Xerez - the only other time Ronaldo has been substituted.
Ronaldo insists he's not fighting Barcelona star Lionel Messi for the Golden Boot, but was visibly fuming over the decision to take him off with Tenerife flagging in the final ten minutes.
Pellegrini said: "I do not give importance to this, because no player likes be changed. But he has to obey it."
