Real Madrid midfielder Guti admits he's spoken with teammate Robinho about his antics last week in Brazil and his late return from international duty.
Robinho is being fined for missing Friday's training session and Guti said: "These things are very personal and is something the technical staff, or Pedja Mijatovic, is trying to stamp out.
"When you break the rules or do something out of the norm, you soon realise how important this club is and it's global profile.
"I have talked to them (Robinho and Julio Baptista), things are clear and what we want is they return to the first team and are in form. It's good that they're playing for Brazil, but they also must do well for the team that pays their wages and should be winning the championship."
