Gareth Bale was pleased with his form in Real Madrid's win over Celta Vigo.

Bale came on in the 65th minute and played a decisive role in his team's third goal, as he provided an assist for Cristiano Ronaldo to score.

"That's my job. I'm feeling great and I'm itching to play and help the team in 2014. It was a tough match and the important thing is we got the three points. I'm very pleased that we've won our first game of 2014."
