Real Madrid wing-back Marcelo has called on Karim Benzema to ignore the boo-boys.

Benzema was again jeered by fans during last night's draw with Athletic Bilbao.

"I do not have to say if people have to support or whistle, I support my teammates," said Marcelo.

"Other players and I have been called here and what we have to do is work and play well so that they are not upset."

The Brazilian added: "I do not know if the result is fair or not, in the end maybe we have deserved more but they have scored the goal very quickly in a failure of ours, then we have raised the line and we have played in the rival field and we tried to find the second goal, I do not know if it's fair but we tried."
