Real Madrid wing-back Abner has suffered a knee injury.

The 19-year-old Brazilian defender has now damaged the cruciate ligaments in his left knee.

Abner had only just come back after more than a season on the sidelines with another cruciate ligament injury to the same knee.

He had been a regular fixture in recent Real Madrid training sessions due to the lack of a natural left-back replacement for Marcelo.
