Real Madrid will offer cash-plus-players to Chelsea for Ramires. The Daily Star says Carlo Ancelotti wants the Brazilian as part of his squad for next season and club president Florentino Perez has agreed to press ahead with a deal after the World Cup.
Ramires, 27 is a key figure for Jose Mourinho at Stamford Bridge.
The Special One has already KO'd initial enquiries with Madrid looking to open the bidding at around £25million.
Mourinho, though, is ready to drive a hard bargain.
He wants Raphael Varane and likes Sami Khedira, Angel di Maria and Isco.
Khedira may be sacrificed with cash on top to help the deal happen.
