Real Madrid are ready to use Dani Parejo to clinch an option on Rayo Vallecano midfielder Mohamed Diame.
The 21 year-old Frenchman is a target for Real and Barcelona after a superb first-half of the season at Rayo.
Real have just re-signed Parejo from QPR, but are ready to send him to Rayo on-loan in exchange for first refusal on Diame - with a deal to be struck at the end of this season.
