Real Madrid have beaten Fiorentina for Uruguayan prospect Gary Kagelmacher.
The 19 year-old central defender was playing in Uruguay with Danubio and had been followed by Fiorentina for two months.
However, on Friday, Real snapped up Kagelmacher from under the noses of Fiorentina and he will play this season with Michel's Castilla team.
