Real Madrid are weighing up a shock raid on Serie BBrescia for Polish youngster Bartosz Salamon.

The 17 year-old made his senior breakthrough at the end of last season against Modena and has been likened to former Brescia star Marek Hamsik, now of Napoli.

Real have been following Salamon since he began winning admirers playing for Lech Poznan's junior teams in Poland. The midfielder only moved to Brescia last summer, but has impressed Real observers by how quickly he has adapted to life in Italy.
