Sevilla sporting director Monchi is being linked with Real Madrid.

Marca says Real president Florentino Perez is pondering a deal to bring Monchi to the club in the summer.

The electoral process at Los Blancos will take place at the end of the current campaign, with current Real Madrid president Perez set to remain in charge at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu until 2021.

Perez is interested in Monchi and believes he could add a new impetus to the club.

It isn't the first time that Real have been interested in bringing the man who is considered among the world's best in his position to the club but it is only now when circumstances are lining up favourably for it to become a reality.
