Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has confessed returning to Madrid is on his career agenda.

The former Atletico Madrid No1 is being linked with Real Madrid this season.

Both of Courtois' kids are being raised in Madrid and he understandably would like to see them more regularly.

Chelsea want to give him an extension on his current deal, which has 18 months left to run, and more talks will he held later in the season.

But speaking to LaSexta, Courtois said: "Everybody knows that due to my personal situation, Spain attracts me. If it is not now, it will be in some years."

When pressed if he was waiting for an offer from Real Madrid, he added: "No, I'm calm.

"I'm happy at Chelsea. I just want to wait (over contract talks) because now there are many games and I prefer to have my head focused on that."
