Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema admits he was surprised by Neymar's decision to join PSG.
Benzema, like many inside Real Madrid, was surprised by PSG's world record €222m deal for the former Barcelona star.
"Neymar? I will not say shocked but I found it odd," declared the Frenchman.
"But he has his reasons."
Like Neymar, Benzema was also linked with PSG this summer, though is now in advanced talks over a new deal with Real.
