Real Madrid are ready to step up their bid for AS Monaco winger James Rodriguez.
Marca says with Alvaro Morata on his way to Juventus and PSG preparing a big-money move for Angel Di María, there would be room for James in Real's starting line-up.
Morata's move away from the Bernabéu is a first step to lowering the club's wage bill for attacking players, but Di María is still the key.
Monaco are ready to sell James, but value the Colombian at 75m.
That would be the starting point for any negotiations, although Real have no intention of paying more than 60m.
