Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo won't rule out one day playing in Italy. Manchester United famously trumped Juventus for a teenage Ronaldo when he was breaking through at Sporting Lisbon.

"I am proud to play for Real Madrid because I enjoy it: when you enjoy yourself, it is not the time to leave. For now I'm fine here in the biggest club in the world," Ronaldo told Mediaset.

"I respect the Italian league, but right now I put it in third place behind Spanish football and the English. But one day, never say never, no?

"In Italy there are great teams like Inter Milan, AC Milan and Juventus."
