Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo is happy to be with his Portugal teammates, despite being suspended for their World Cup qualifying tie with Azerbaijan.

Ronaldo will be forced to miss the game.

"This is my second home. In the last game I got a yellow that leaves me quite sad. I believe that my presence here is important. Easiest thing would have been to go back to my club, but I said I wanted to stay, I like it here and I think without playing my contribution is important both for the national team and for my colleagues, my friends and me too," said Ronaldo.
