Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has dismissed the latest controversy surrounding coach Jose Mourinho. Sporting Gijon boss Manolo Preciado has joined the likes of Johan Cruyff and Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola in challenging Mourinho publicly.
"Everyone is jealous of Mr Mourinho," declared Ronaldo. "It is normal, he is the best and that's why people try to say stupid things, stupid things that he does not care about.
"He is just trying to do his job the best he can for the players."
