Real Madrid have snapped up Las Palmas prospect Borja Alonso Cabrera.

Marca says the right midfielder boasts tremendous quality and great dribbling ability and was one of the key members of Las Palmas' Infantil B team over the past season.

Sixto Alfonso, Real Madrid's scout in the Canary Islands, has been following him for over a year, with Los Blancos having decided to wait until they were certain the player progressed as expected.

Now convinced that he is the real deal, Real Madrid have signed the midfielder up, making the most of the rule which sees all youth players released every June 30.
