Real Madrid shift transfer policy to target top kids

The teenagers' arrival marks a shift in transfer policy by Real, which will now follow the example of Barcelona and Arsenal in competing for the best young talent around the world in order to avoid paying massive fees for established players later in their careers.

Real scout Julen Lopetegui and his team are now studying closely U19 and U17 tournaments around the world for the next big thing.

While excited about their swoop for Boca Juniors pair Forlin and Villafane, along with former Hertha Berlin defender Scorch, Real management believe they a great talent on their hands in 18 year-old Ecuadorian Fernando Guerrero.
