Cadena COPE reports Los Blancos would pay up to €3 million for Casilla.
Espanyol's Kiko Casilla is the chosen man to replace Iker Casillas, almost certain to join FC Porto.
Such a deal puts any move for Manchester United keeper David de Gea in jeopardy.
