Real Madrid’s Ramos admits furious clash with Lyon players after Euro exit

Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos admits he clashed with Lyon players after their Champions League elimination on Wednesday night.
Lyon players, furious with Ramos' "3-0" prediction before the second-leg, confronted the Real stopper in the players' tunnel after the final whistle.
Cesar Delgado and Lisandro Lopez demanded an apology from Ramos, who responded with insults. Real teammate Gonzalo Higuain had to step in and also traded barbs with his fellow Argentines.
"It was a typical heated argument and has stayed that way. They have asked for the same respect because you need to know how to lose also how to know to win. There was no serious abuse," confirmed Ramos.

MAdrid will probably lobby for the old format to come back...if you notice ever since the new knockout format started real has never progressed beyond the 16..so expect a change in format soon from the arrogant and shitheads called madrid
I agree with realgone, but I think we all know where the arrogance has originated from.......Perez. What Ramos said before the game was totally disrespectful. I can´t remember any Arsenal or United players crowing about a possible result before they wiped the floor with Porto and Milan respectively. There are too many outspoken ego´s at RM again because Perez has recruited them and HE has the biggest one of them all. How much has going out at this stage of Champs League cost RM, I wonder? I put a post on here before the 2nd legs were played and suggested that RM have the most difficult job of any of the away sides coming back from a 1-0 away loss. The game has changed BIG TIME in the last ten years.......now it is ESSENTIAL to get at least one away goal if you are going to lose the game, because when you take them back to your place for the 2nd leg, EVERY team is capeable of getting a goal on your turf. That´s what Arsenal did when they lost in Porto and that´s why I expect Chelsea (even though it will be a very hard game and Inter WILL score at the Bridge) to progress with the other English teams.
I agree with the lyon players confronting this idiot...how disrespectful is this fag towards the game itself.....This is why real will never win the champions league in the coming years due to the arrogance of their players who believe that if they wear that white jersey they are gods and everybody else are inferior to them.....I hope real learn that arrogance gets them nowhere.... The prediction made before the game was absolutely ridiculous and you will find that no team in this world will ever do such disgraceful predictions if they respect their opponents
