Gonzalo Higuain is hoping Arsenal return with one final offer before he agrees to join Napoli according to reports.
The Argentine striker is set to leave Real Madrid for a £30million move to Naples but wants the Gunners, who have gone cold, to up the ante on their initial proposal.
Arsenal offered £24m for Higuain but Real changed their stance and pushed the fee out to £32m despite the 25-tyear agreeing personal terms with the North London club.
It is now believed that Real have accepted a £30m bid from Napoli but Higuain has asked for 48 hours to think about his next move in the hope that Arsene Wenger comes back for him.
