Lassana Diarra says he will only leave Real Madrid if it is for a move to the Premier League.
The former Arsenal, Chelsea and Portsmouth midfielder is being linked with an England return which could occur if Madrid boss Jose Mourinho allows him to depart as he looks to strengthen his squad.
Diarra is attracting interest from the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham and says he will only leave the Santiago Bernabeu if he can come back to England.
"If I have to leave Madrid then it is only for the Premier League," he told skysports.com.
"I loved my time there, specially my last year [at Portsmouth] before Madrid, as I won the FA Cup.
"But I am at Real Madrid, the greatest club in the world."
