The 25-year old Argentine has fallen slightly out of favour since Gareth Bale arrived from Spurs in the summer prompting suggestions that he could be on his way to north London in January.
But di Maria, who is also apparently seeking a contract extension with Madrid, poured cold water over the emerging speculation.
"I'm happy at Real Madrid," he told reporters.
"I have never asked for a (contract) renewal. A player who does not play is not going to ask for a renewal.
"My head is in Madrid. You (journalists) said that I was going to Tottenham. You know where this information came from."
This season, di Maria has started 11 times in La Liga for just two goals but has netted three times in four Champions League starts while Bale has seven league goals and two in Europe from a total of 11 starts.
