Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart has labeled his Real Madrid counterpart Iker Casillas as 'an absolute legend'.
24-year old Hart is preparing to face-off with the 30-year old Spaniard when England meet Spain at Wembley Stadium tomorrow evening and he cannot wait to see firsthand someone at the 'pinnacle' of their game.
"He's an absolute legend, goalkeeper-wise, and he's still very young," Hart said.
"If you look at his story and what he's done with Real Madrid and with Spain, he is the pinnacle of goalkeeping at the moment, someone who you look up to.
"I'd be honoured if I got to play against him, to be honest. He's been at the top of his game, without question.
"He's won everything you can win, so he ticks all the boxes and is someone you idolise for what he is.
"He's the captain, too. Stuff like that you don't just 'get'. He is right up there. It would be amazing if I can be half the goalkeeper he is."
