Alvaro Arbeloa has classified himself as a 'Mourinhista' to say that he reveres his former manager.
The Real Madrid full-back spent three years under the guidance of the now-Chelsea boss at the Santiago Bernabeu between 2010 and 2013 and admits the Portuguese made a massive impression on him.
So much so that former Liverpool defender Arbeloa has coined a phrase that suggests there are is an army of Mourinho followers out there.
"That's not to idolise Jose," he said.
"It's a way of saying things, of moving forward, and not be afraid of who you are. I try to be as much of a 'Mourinhista' as possible.
"Everyone has their own way of working and Mourinho believes in picking the players that are working best. He knows I am a fighter and he doesn't need to motivate me."
