Real Madrid are ready to battle Inter Milan and Barcelona for Arsenal midfielder Alex Hleb.

AS says Hleb's agents have been made aware of the interest of Real sports director Pedja Mijatovic through a high-level intermediary. Barca chief Txiki Begiristain has already held a round of talks with Hleb's minders.

However, Inter are regarded as favourites for Hleb after coach Roberto Mancini admitted his admiration for the versatile midfielder last week.
