Real Madrid revive interest in Inter Milan captain Mauro Icardi

Real Madrid's interest in Inter Milan captain Mauro Icardi is being revived.

After their home defeat to Sassuolo on the weekend, Icardi declared this summer could be the right time for him to move on.

And Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda has revealed Real are again in the frame to sign the Argentine.

Icardi features high on Real president Florentino Perez's 'B' list of transfer targets, should he fail to land their priority signings.

Perez was prepared to sign the striker in January, but in the end pulled out of negotiations on orders from coach Zinedine Zidane.

Icardi, 25, said on Sunday: "When the season ends I will talk to the club and see what is best. I always want the best for the team."
