Real Madrid rethink James sale plans

Real Madrid have no plans to sell James Rodriguez.

Marca says Real now intend to keep James, with his agent Jorge Mendes told to hold off on any offers.

It is believed that the fee paid to AS Monaco two years ago, around 80 million euros, is too high to cast him aside after one season, leaving the likes of Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus disappointed.

With the Champions League final to come on May 28, against city rivals Atletico, James could turn his season round with a good performance, should he be given the opportunity by Zidane.
