Real Madrid rate Tottenham star Gareth Bale at £30 million. The Welsh ace is a top target for Real coach Jose Mourinho, who is willing to sacrifice fullback Fabio Coentrao as part of the deal.

The People says Real hope that a deal worth around £30million - £12m of which would be made up by Coentrao - will be enough to convince Spurs manager Andre Villas-Boas and chairman Daniel Levy to part with the Welshman.
