Real Madrid are raiding Arsenal - for their star groundsman!

Le Parisien says Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is facing a dilemma as Paul Burgess has accepted an offer from Real to move to Madrid at the end of the season.

Burgess, 30, is joining Real on the express recommendation of coach Juande Ramos, who was impressed by the Emirates pitch while he was in charge of Tottenham.

Burgess has won Groundsman of the Year five times in the Premier League and also acted as advisor to UEFA for last year's European Championship.
