Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has confirmed an agreement with PSG not to make a hostile bid for any of their players.

It's understood the agreement was struck to smooth the release of Carlo Ancelotti from his PSG contract last month.

"We will not touch any player. Neither Ibrahimovic nor Veratti nor anyone else," said Perez.

"And if in a year, two or more, we want one, before anything I'll call Nasser (Al-Khelaifi, president of PSG)."

Perez was also asked by L'Equipe about Cristiano Ronaldo.

"Cristiano Ronaldo is the best player in the world and Real Madrid believe in him. I can assure you that's where he will end his career. And we have not received any offer."
