Real Madrid president Florentino Perez and Sergio Ramos have moved to end their rift over the winter break.
The pair have fallen out over Ramos' demands for a new contract and his growing influence inside the locker room.
However, El Confidencial says Perez offered an olive branch before Christmas, inviting Ramos to speak about their differences.
The pair were able to clear the air in a calm manner and Ramos was happy to thrash out things without mentioning his contract, which he will leave until the summer.
