Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is returning to the Premier League in his search for a new goalkeeper.
After seeing Kepa Arrizabalaga sign new terms with Athletic Bilbao this week, Perez remains in the market for a new keeper signing this year.
Cadena SER says Real are to revive their interest in Manchester United No1 David de Gea and Chelsea's Thibaut Courtois. Both keepers are in the middle of new contract talks with their clubs, but are far from settling on terms.
For his part, Perez is warming towards Courtois as he sees the Belgium international as the easier of the two to prise away.
However, the majority of the Real board favour De Gea, rating the Spaniard the superior goalkeeper.
