Marca says Calderon will fly to Tokyo next week for the Club World Championship and is planning to meet with Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani and also Silvio Berlusconi, the Italian club's president.

Calderon wants to deliver in person their refusal to consider selling Sergio Ramos to Milan - and will also try again to convince Galliani to name their price for Ballon d'Or winner Kaka.
